heyhey! anita is here to save our dear blog from dying! haha. lets talk about our napfa training today=) so the few of us who failed sbj by 2cm(yes coincidentaly everybody failed by 2cm=)) and others who failed one event or the other went first to the weights room and played around with the machines a bit. i was trying to do this leg lift thingy but apparently i was too short for it or my arms were too weak to heave myself up. blehh. jac was happily doing the pull-down thingy with like 50kg weights. alright after gym we ran! so the two who didn't fail 2.4-jeff and jac did slope runs. we poor runners attempted to run 2 rounds around the school. but we failed!*happily pushes blame to the two spiders!* two spiders spun ultra big webs across our path and they looked SOoooo hideous and horrible that i couldn't make myself run through the web. in the end shing, weishii, me walked back while talking about our fear of spiders. to think shing was actually jumping under the web lar. eeyer goosebumps goosebumps. hehheh so well our napfa training sounds fun doesn't it? we welcome ppl to join us in training up for napfa! haha=) |
